The idea was to improve the insurance sales experience for both the agent and the end customer by leveraging the modern technology. The platform was meant to give the remote access to the customer data and boost the new lead conversion by active notification scheme. This way the agents can immediately respond to the customer requests including new comers coming from the on-line channel.
