The service supports the online vehicle registration ID scanning as an option which removes the burden of rekeying the vehicle and personal data into the web form even more.

What for
To improve the online sales customer experience by reducing the data entry and provide both mobile and desktop support.

How
Based on the vehicle registration status customer can decide if they want to use the short premium calculation path which reduces the data input even by 70% by retrieving the customer data from within external services. An option to scan the vehicle registration ID is also available. As a result, a vehicle MLPL/CASCO premium options get displayed for further product configuration.

Project approach
To redesign and restructure the insurance purchase experience which resulted in the new UX/UI concept. To assure that the project delivery also involved changes in the underlying premium calculation APIs. The new architecture has been put in place to assure the modern UI, advanced platform configuration and extensibility.
